The Defender Off-Road Experience was a complex high end 2 day event for JLR’s exclusive clientele. A Defender convoy of 60 cars (including designated test drive cars).

The purpose of the experience was to further engage owners with the luxurious but super powerful SUV, while inaugurating the Defender community and creating unforgettable memories.

Elements: Designing and tracking step by step the journey, considering participant needs and wants for guests ranging from 3 to 70 years of age, booking and arranging overnight facilities and introducing free time modern luxury experiences: Outdoors lunch (day 1) catered by the Nomads team (day 2) at the bank of lake Doxa and outdoors lunch at the Ziria Ski Center catered by Ettore Botrini and his team.

Live elements: 76 production and catering team members, 4 off road experiences, 10 test drive vehicles and a total of 450 km covered.

Outcome: An exceptional experience, highly rated (evaluation feedback) and appreciated by all participants, that received -amongst other awards- the highest (platinum) distinction during the PR Awards 2024. The moments, look and feel of the event is captured in an elegant coffee table edition,distributed to all participants.
