After 3 consecutive rebranding and eight peer acquisitions the insurance broker felt the necessity of a gathering of all employees, in order to enhance employee relationships, to promote the values and vision of Howden, to engage newcomers and to set the strategic goals for the next 3 years.

The highlight of the event was the recognition of loyalty, an awards ceremony for employees celebrating their 10th, 15th and 20th anniversary with the company.
